4. for that amount of $$, replenish the soap please? AND, they were SO LOUD in the hallways - yakking away in Spanish right outside our door and others, starting at 8am - people are on vacation, and they may be SLEEPING, and they really don't want to hear your conversation.

9. Drunk and loud and smoking, something that absolutely makes me sick and we reserved a non-smoking room, but the back door entrance to our room is where the drunk smokers hung out, outside of their rooms on both sides of us.

10. It was Easter weekend and they said that they were at 95% capacity and the kids get loud and I said, it wasnt the kids it was the parents.
