1. The rooms are not bad, very hill country, exactly what you would expect for a hotel room, but not really what I expected for the per a night rates I was seeing online.

3. My only complaint was that it was not easy to find stairs to go from the 2nd to 3rd floors, and I (and many others at the conference) felt bad about having to take the elevator up only 1 floor.

5. It was too bad the store closed early (8:00) during the week; it would have been nice for it to be open a couple of more hours.

6. My only complaints were that the bathroom was just a tad small (it was too bad there wasn't a 'door' to the toilet, so that someone else could be at the sink), and the walls were somewhat thin.

7. The grounds and pot plants were badly suffering from the 103 temp and extended drought which is inexcusible for a resort like this - hire a kid and give him a water hose.

8. The food inside the hotel was very good but still somewhat pricey but you don't feel to bad paying for really good food which it was.

9. The only downside was the price which was on the high end for my family vacation budget but if you are looking for a resort with everything on site, this isn't a bad choice.

10. I had a bad experience at La Canterra in the past and reading recent reviews, it did not seem the issues have improved.
