Overall*Pros*-Lovely natural setting and well-kept grounds-LAZY RIVER and free shuttle service/access to the slides at Wild Oak ranch-Friendly service and smiles wherever you go-Family friendly - lots of activities for the kids-Close proximity to Seaworld*Cons*-Smaller resort compared to La Cantera or the new Marriott resort-noisy halls and crying kids -Older resort -They would rather you lug 3 loads of luggage out to your car than allow you to use a luggage dolly-High prices for average food (Food was much better at La Cantera IMO)All in all it was a nice resort but nothing phenomenal.

8. The hotel was crowded while we were there, but it wasn't that noisy, and the hotel staff quickly tended to everyone's needs, so the resort didn't feel 'full ' at all.
