1. The staff is very attentive and pleasant, This is a pet friendly hotel and it was fun to see the variety of pets from huge to tiny.

3. There is no pool, no sauna, the gym is teeny tiny and the business center is nothing but 2 computers thrown in the middle of the lobby where everyone can see what you are doing and the icing on the cake: they charge you $6 for 15 minute to access and printing charges are separate.

8. Perhaps it was that there was a convention in town, whatever the reason didn't justify a very unfriendly staff, generally cluttered and dirty appearance of public spaces, and my getting a tiny room despite having paid full fare for a room.
