1. Other than those minor problems, this was another great stay at a Kimpton hotel.

2. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere in downtown Salt Lake without any problems, most destinations were within 2-3 blocks.

3. We had a motorcycle with a trailer which caused parking problems which the staff worked very hard and very quickly to solve.

5. On one occasion I had internet difficulties (which turned out to be a problem with my laptop, not the service), and used their internet helpline, which is something I haven't seen at other hotels.

I thought the hotel was very nice,and the staff at the hotel were very nice, the problem I had was with the restaurant Bambara, my husband and I had dinner we ordered Blue cheese potatoes as an appetizer and calamari, I had heard of the blue cheese dish so I was anxious to try it, It was not all that great burnt potatoe chips with blue cheese.
