1. The Valet service is a little expensive for guests at the Hotel but the Valet employees were like no other-fast, friendly and always willing to help get you where you needed to go.

5. There's also a good few breakfast places nearby if you don't get a room rate that includes breakfast, as that can also be quite expensive ($20 each - I've had dinner at the Bambara for less.

6. There are two PCs in the lobby, which are very expensive to use: as a tip, if you just need to print a boarding pass, look for the (really small) special link which will let you check in and print out for free - don't be suckered into paying for 15 mins + printer time, as I was on my first trip.

9. It is expensive, but nice to not have to wander the downtown area looking for food in the cold.

10. The other issue we had was having to pay for valet parking, do not park in the garage next door it was to much to expensive to park about $20, park in the street instead.
