1. The Valet service is a little expensive for guests at the Hotel but the Valet employees were like no other-fast, friendly and always willing to help get you where you needed to go.

There are two PCs in the lobby, which are very expensive to use: as a tip, if you just need to print a boarding pass, look for the (really small) special link which will let you check in and print out for free - don't be suckered into paying for 15 mins + printer time, as I was on my first trip.

10. The other issue we had was having to pay for valet parking, do not park in the garage next door it was to much to expensive to park about $20, park in the street instead.
