2. Never had any issues with noise (either snoring or barking from a pet) despite having some dogs living next to me on some visits - but I am a heavy sleeper.

3. Most of the staff have been there for quite a while, which gives a great sense of continuity and they are all very approachable and happy to take ownership of issues - and it is nice to get recognized and welcomed back each visit, even if I haven't been there for several months.

4. The other issue we had was having to pay for valet parking, do not park in the garage next door it was to much to expensive to park about $20, park in the street instead.

5. My thermostat didnt seem to work either but it was cool and not a big deal but if it had been hot that would have been an issue.

6. Only issue - we are members of Kimpton`s frequent guest program and usually receive some sort of welcome gift in our room - nothing ever came at this property.
