We were a drinking crowd wanting to numb our pain a bit and experienced frustration at not being *able* to find someone to serve us; dealing with a very sourly female bartender one afternoon who had no business in the hospitality industry; the hotel being out of tap beer and most of their wine one night; waiting 45 minutes for a cheeseburger; mystery drinks and orders appearing on the
wrong
tabs; a completely overwhelmed bar staff who were not getting any support/help from management; empty coffee containers both mornings in the bar.

We did however have a problem finding the hotel, as the GPS insisted on sending us the
wrong
way, so I can't really blame the hotel for this, but I will admit it is hard to find if you don't know where you are going and it's dark out.

The driver sat outisde the
wrong
address for 45 minutes but didn`t bother to go in and check and noone at the hotel - despite our calls - bothered to ring him until our 4th call.
