1. This hotel has some serious issues that are not being addressed nor their lack of action is surprising since they use the Hyatt name.

2. When asked on check out I told them my issues and to their credit I did receive an email from management before the end of the day acknowledging my issues and offering to reduce my rate to that of the room I stayed in - but unfortunately it's not enough to make me want to stay here again when I'm back in Princeton in January).

3. What is an issue is, you don't get that good room, high service at this Hyatt.

4. But that's OK as there aren't any big, good room, high service hotels in the heart of Princeton - so if you need this, the 10 minute journey isn't an issue.

9. Service is the most important issue when it comes to a single night stop in a business hotel and due to its skeleton staffing it just can not meet the guest requirements in every single depatment.
