1. I didn't notice any bugs or dirt, although there was a shortage of towels, and most of the guests abandoned theirs on the nice patio chairs they have.

3. The hotel has a nice looking pool area (although the windowsills in the hallway connecting the pool area to the hotel really need dusting and vacuuming as there were LOTS of cobwebs and dead bugs.
