We did experience a couple of minor problems: when my husband went to arrange a shuttle into Princeton town centre he was told that they weren't running that day (I'd been told an hour earlier that they were) which was annoying, however, I was able to take the shuttle with no problem the next day - the driver was great and was able to give me some good info about the area; also, our room wasn't as clean as I'd expected it to be on arrival (there was some grubby spots on the carpet and bed throw that I had to clean myself since it was my daughter's bedtime), but after talking to the front desk the next morning it seemed to be thoroughly cleaned.
