We were a drinking crowd wanting to numb our pain a bit and experienced frustration at not being *able* to find someone to serve us; dealing with a very sourly female bartender one afternoon who had no business in the hospitality industry; the hotel being out of tap beer and most of their wine one night; waiting 45 minutes for a cheeseburger; mystery drinks and orders appearing on the wrong tabs; a completely overwhelmed bar staff who were not getting any support/help from management; empty coffee containers both mornings in the bar.
