Where to start - rooms are old and tired, advertised bathrobes were non-existent, room service breakfast missed items, no creamer in room for coffee, housekeeping chased us despite being booked on 'l'amour' package late checkout - there are plenty of other hotels in the area - will certainly avoid this one in future.
