1. they issued another couple a pass card to my room (my new roommates?) and the poor folks where shocked to see my husband and myself there when they opened the door.

2. First and foremost, the staffs lack of concern for the guests needs addressing -health and safety issues was sorely lacking There was fire code violation (admitting in a letter that the smoke alarm was not connected) where the patrons cound have died if there was a fire, is quite shocking and the room being unsafe due to the lock being broken on the door of the overnight parking garage.
