1. The only problem with those activities is that they make getting to the hotel difficult by car.

3. Good in the sense that you didn`t have to worry about parking if you wanted to go check it out but bad because the noise was so loud at night as the festivities lasted past midnight, it made it a bit difficult to sleep.
