1. One negative is the lack of temperature control in the room.
"Super central stay in Portland " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/13/2011 Vote
2. The only thing we found lacking was the coffee maker in the room produced lousy coffee (think a hot cup of water with a little bit of coffee flavoring) and we had to purchase coffee instead.

3. Bad: They charge for parking on a daily basis (which was unclear at check in), the entire place looked like it came out of an IKEA catalog but lacked cohesiveness and function.
"Tried too hard. " Read full review on Expedia   9/2/2009 Vote
4. First and foremost, the staffs lack of concern for the guests needs addressing -health and safety issues was sorely lacking There was fire code violation (admitting in a letter that the smoke alarm was not connected) where the patrons cound have died if there was a fire, is quite shocking and the room being unsafe due to the lock being broken on the door of the overnight parking garage.

5. There is so much great food within easy walking distance, however, that the lack of an on-site restaurant really only impacts you if you absolutely needed room service - if someone in your party was ill, perhaps, and wanted to just stay in to recover.
"Worth consideration " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/6/2008 Vote
6. On the negative side, the room was a bit small (the lack of storage space was definitely a problem, especially for two women in shopping mode).
