Some small complaints would be that the when either the heat or air conditioning was on, it was a bit noisy but not to the point that it had become bothersome (more like white noise); their phone system was acting weird - on more than one occasion when calling room to room, the voice mail automatically goes on even though I can hear the other person on the other end; the water pressure wasn`t the best and on a few mornings it seemed the hotel ran out of hot water.
