First and foremost, the staffs lack of concern for the guests needs addressing -health and safety issues was sorely lacking There was fire code violation (admitting in a letter that the smoke alarm was not connected) where the patrons cound have died if there was a fire, is quite shocking and the room being unsafe due to the lock being broken on the door of the overnight parking garage.
