1. And the 8 rooms with tubs are all ADA (seems odd since tubs present problems for those with disabilities) and NOt on the river side.

7. Two reasons why this hotel doesn't get a higher rating 1) noise-while it's on the light rail line this is a blessing and also a problem.

9. The only problem that I had is that you have to pay $20 per day for parking and it is super hard on some days to even get a spot.
