6. So let me get this right, I was checked into the wrong (cheaper) type of room without being told, then I'm offered a token 50% off of what ? The suite price ? I don't know and it really doesn't matter because as far as I'm concerned why should I have to pay for something I did not want in the first place? The Heathman management obviously decided it was better to lose us as customers rather than to either honor their reservation or to make us anything more than a token offer for their mistake.

10. There are no usable outlets in the bathroom; after hunting high and low, I found two tucked away at the back bottom of the light fixtures, but they were oriented the wrong way and there wasn`t space to plug in the hotel`s complimentary blow dryer.
