1. That seems like a staffing issue but may have just been on the one day.

2. The one thing I feared about staying in a 1920's hotel is noise, but turned out to be a non issue because they have sealed the original windows behind a set of modern windows.

3. The toilet/shower is far too tiny for a luxury hotel, it was an issue when traveling with a teen who wants privacy.

6. The only issue was that they only had limited spots available for parking in parking lot that is one block away but since we arrived around midnight it was all taken, even if it was available we could have used it because we had a trailer attached to the car with my husband's motorcycle.

9. The bathroom issue aside, the 2 rooms of the Symphony are elegant, comfortable & home away from home.
