1. We had to fetch our own drinks from the bar, as the lobby bar was not open, but it was not a problem.

4. When we called the desk instead of solving the problem they gave us instructions re: using their shower and would not listen to us--very frustrating.

5. My thought was 'doesn't someone want to make some $$$'??? Not really a problem, but a hotel with a higher level reputation, the lack of bell hops is unusual.
