From impeccable service (the valet remembered our names the second time we returned and the desk clerk knew what type of bed we preferred) to the fine restaurant (the salmon hash at breakfast is outrageous) to the convenient surroundings in the heart of downtown Portland, the Heathman Hotel has it all.

4. My only complaint is the price of parking - $24 for overnight parking is just a little outrageous for Portland.
