4. unfortunately, the TV reception was poor (brought back childhood memories of 'snow' on the screen, the wired internet connection did not work (more below) and the room had virtually no soundproofing, so I 'enjoyed' the girls night out conversation well past midnight from the room to my right and the TV or radio until 4 a.

5. The hotel staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more accomidating, and it's really unfortunate, but it sure appears that they have a real problem.

8. US Air offered a voucher for another hotel near the airport, but I had unfortunately stayed there the last time they cancelled my flight and knew better than to return to that dump.

9. After an 8 hour drive being able to get your room and unpack would be IDEAL, but unfortunately our room was NOT cleaned in time, while about 20 other people came in and check right into their rooms with NO PROBLEMS.
