1. Unfortunately, the TV reception was poor (brought back childhood memories of 'snow' on the screen, the wired internet connection did not work (more below) and the room had virtually no soundproofing, so I 'enjoyed' the girls night out conversation well past midnight from the room to my right and the TV or radio until 4 a.

2. Breakfast was good, no issues here but for goodness sake, the rooms (the one I stayed in) was a mess and, for the price I paid, was very poor indeed.

4. Then there's the lack of wi-fi in rooms (generally poor wifi overall, it was ok in the conference room but pretty much everywhere else in the hotel it was nonexistent), or the in-room coffee machine being randomly placed on the dresser nowhere NEAR an electrical outlet (seriously, do you not expect us to actually USE the thing?) or the cheap-os not providing bottled water in the rooms anymore, or the ridiculous breakfast situation.

5. Hilton Philadelphia airport was a deeply disappointing experience, from the 20 minute wait to check-in, to the dirty elevator, dingy carpeting, and guest room, the poor service in the filthy bar, finally the gentleman in the coffee kiosk more concerned about chatting with his friend than serving customers there was no aspect of this experience that did not fail to disappoint.
