1. We were not the only ones to have to return to the lobby and get our key cards reset before being able to access our room---we ran into another person from our same floor experiencing the same problem.

3. One of the cheap hostels I stayed at prior to the Hilton was responsive and I now know that the problem came from there.

7. The problem was not evident until I entered the guest room; the interior walls and the lack of sound insulation really need attention.

8. The hotel staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more accomidating, and it's really unfortunate, but it sure appears that they have a real problem.

10. We have trained our Housekeeping staff to be aware of identifying any potential problem and all rooms are inspected on a daily basis.
