1. One complaint would be the in-room coffee maker which makes individual cups of lousy coffee.

2. We got a great group rate for the room since we were part of the Ghost Hunters group, so I guess these are small complaints considering the price we paid for the room.

8. Of course this could happen in any hotel but what's worse it that the complaint we lodged with the front desk and security made no difference so we suffered until the kids ran out of steam.
