3. It's obvious that it's been this way for a long time, and hotel management allowed it to look this way? As other have said, the carpeting was grimy and utterly disgusting and I was on the Hilton Honors floor.

10. Why? Let me just list the reasons:Cramped outdated room, no tv remote had to call, left me a breakfast room menu one day out of 5, Food was overpriced and disgusting, I had free coupons for breakfast ate once and threw the rest of my coupons out.
