Hilton Philadelphia airport was a deeply disappointing experience, from the 20 minute wait to check-in, to the dirty elevator, dingy carpeting, and guest room, the poor service in the filthy bar, finally the gentleman in the coffee kiosk more concerned about chatting with his friend than serving customers there was no aspect of this experience that did not fail to disappoint.
