1. i won't be recommending this hotel to anybody, the receptionists were rude and lazy and had no clue about the area the simplest question would be met with total confusion.

2. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, however when I had a billing issue, the front desk staff agreed with me, went to get the Manager and he was rude, nasty, and very un-accomodating.
