1. Our arrival was pleasant and very greeting, good info regarding the shuttles and the area around the hotel but as we walked into the room, it was also pleasant but it was quite chilly so I decided to turn up the heat a bit, even for it being December I thought it was chilly, as we were unpacking our stuff to put into the drawers, out from the vents come out crawling were two roaches that raced out of view.
