2. ten minutes front desk call security for new sheets at 1:30 am i have to put the sheet by self,next day after complaint ,they put new sheet but they forgot the garbage and put new soap and towels.

3. I read the reveiws and non of them were too bad, just what I thought were whiney complaints about the condition of the hotel carpets, etc.

The food was a joke - the fruit was out of a tin, the juice was diluting juice not fresh fruit juice, the waffles were only available every second day when the machines were put out, there were only 2 toasters and one of them was faulty and the biggest complaint was that the cutlery was plastic and the plates and cups styrofoam.

7. My only complaint would be that housekeeping was not the best--never left enough towels/washclothes--and cleaned the room very late in the day.

This place gives you more than the average Quality Inn for the money, they offer you a free happy hour, they give you a free hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, pancakes, ect, the rooms are big the price is right, the only problem I had was that I was there on bussiness and was told when I made the reservations that there was free wireless in the rooms, when I checked in I found out I could not get wireless in the room I was in so I had to do my work in the lobby, other than that I had no complaints, pool was big place was clean.

9. We had a lot of unnecessary aggrevation with problems and witnessed a lot of others with similar complaints at the front desk.

10. I will say that all the employees we had to deal with were very pleasant even though a lot of complaints were coming in from guests.
