2. Two checked out early and was not given a refund and one family was warned before they arrived so they could cancel prior to checkin and avoid being charged and staying in these horrible conditions.

5. Our bathroom had flushing issues and then at our stay the pipe broke making the water come out to the bed area, it was horrible even though front desk assist us quickly and got it fixed and gave us a new room.
