2. When I checked out I told the man at the desk and he was very pleasant and didn't seem at all surprised when I told him about the problems in the room.

4. After our first night, we thought when we left for the park for the day, the maids would clean up and hopefully take care of the ant problem, but our room was not cleaned.

5. Firstly when we had to change rooms on the second day but that was due to ants and not really a major problem, the management changed us after asking if we wanted to move rooms.
