4. Amongst the many inconveniences we were subjected to during our stay:The elevator was out of service the entire five-night stay (our room was on the sixth floor);The property was generally dirty, dingy, in disrepair, and over all depressing;Three of the five nights we had to park our car off of hotel property due to a lack of parking spaces, while all the other hotels in the area seemed to have abundant parking for their guests;The breakfast was awful, and we did not eat it any morning of our stay;There were ants in our room, which we discovered when my wife left hersuitcase on the floor and had to take out all her clothing and pick all the ants off, and kill the remaining ones.
