Cons: there was the beginnings of "florida" mold on the shower curtain (which was probably due to no ventilation fans), no TP when we first got there (which was immediately taken care of), and one night the parking lot was full (which was taken care of by going to the front desk and obtaining a parking permit for the Friday's parking lot next door).
