9. If i could give them less than one for this rating i would do it because this is the worst hotel ever and it should not be in business the give us such a hard time to credit back our credit card we had to tell them that we will sue them in order for them to credit us back our money.

10. this hotel is the worst hotel i have ever came across it was nasty it smell like mildew and there was the biggest bugs i have ever seem and it was in the tub and all over in the bathroom the sheets and covers smell like it was never wash the hallways had such a bad smell.
