5. we reported it to reception and they advised us that this is a common problem in florida an the reason they have rats in the hotel is because it is cooler for them.

8. omg i was terrified when i heard the maintance manger talking about the rodent problem in the hotel/as i went to the front desk to check out this man was saying that as he walked back in his room there was a rat in the bed looking at him/ i asked for the manager(LORI) when she finally came out her only explanation was its a problem in florida right now.

9. mold and meldew smell in rooms/the furniture is old and falling apart/the bathroom looks worst than some gas station bathrooms/the outside of the building rusted and mold build up in the back area/my clothes were taken/ we did not feel safe at all/ here the best of all this place is INFESTED WITH RATS.
