The safe lock in our room was damaged so unavailable, the door would not lock on the second day so we changed rooms only to have trouble entering the room every time,bath was filthy and obviously had not had a good clean, it also took half an hour to drain after use and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing.

2. There were holes in the bathroom ceiling from apparent water damage, a leak in the tub faucet, no tissue, worn carpeting, and when I looked at the bedding, there was a bare minimum of a small mattress liner and a set of sheets that didn't cover the bed.

5. We had warm welcome from front of house (take a credit card they will want your detials incase you damage your room - most people dont so its never a problem)The Staff are fantastic, ever so friendly and chatty, tipping 15-20% of your bill is custom, so do reward if you receive good service.
