3. We had to pack our stuff and move it to a friends room on our way out so they could send someone to fix the problem.

4. The AC unit works very well, the only problem is it makes more nosie then an old broke down car.

7. The main problem with this hotel was that it appears to be run down and in SERIOUS need of renovation.

8. ( dont expect luxury if you aint paying for it) so why the hell do people complain about the rooms, yes i agree it needs some updating and is a bit run down but in my experience it was clean and the staff were more than helpful, on our 4th day we encountered a problem with our room and were given another room without any problem, lori the hotel manager goes out of her way to help where she can, she knows the hotel has some problems and is trying her best to resolve them.

9. ( dont expect luxury if you aint paying for it) so why the hell do people complain about the rooms, yes i agree it needs some updating and is a bit run down but in my experience it was clean and the staff were more than helpful, on our 4th day we encountered a problem with our room and were given another room without any problem, lori the hotel manager goes out of her way to help where she can, she knows the hotel has some problems and is trying her best to resolve them.

10. - Large areas of the ceiling in vending machine and games room areas off the foyer leak (it rained during our stay and the staff had buckets on the floor dotted around these areas to catch the water -no sign of an engineer to fix the problem though.
