2. the location is fab 5 mins from universal and right on the drive,if i was to complain about anyhing it would have to be about the lack of pool furniture and the fact that the pool bar was never open during our stay, during my stay here i never saw a cockroach or any other kind of bug, we always felt safe and secure, so in a nut shell if you want luxury dont stay here, you get what you pay for and this hotel offered value for the money we paid .

4. It had 6 items which needed repaired and the most significant was lack of hot water (unacceptable).

5. However the crown jewel was the bathroom,that I feared to be infected with some sort of illness due to the lack of hygiene.
