1. If i could give them less than one for this rating i would do it because this is the worst hotel ever and it should not be in business the give us such a hard time to credit back our credit card we had to tell them that we will sue them in order for them to credit us back our money.

3. Our door was hard to open sometimes, you had to lean into it to get it open sometimes which was a little annoying.

4. She runs a great hotel and although the front desk can get a bit busy and overwhelmed at times, they still work very hard to solve any problems that may occur (and there aren't many that do) love the Swan.

6. I will concede that, yes, the electrical receptacles were loose (how odd, that this should be a problem throughout the entire building - did the electrician use screws that were too small or tighten them too hard?) but that was not even slightly inconvenient.

7. The staff was very friendly, there was no smell in the lobby or hallways or room (and I was sniffing hard, after reading reviews here).

8. The waitstaff is friendly, maybe too friendly, and doesn't work too hard since there is already a gaurunteed 15% gratuity added to your tab (advertised in small print).

10. The maids work exceptionally hard and the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels and fresh linen provided each day.
