2. Bedsheets seemed odorous, stale, musty, damp and even a bit sticky, bed mattresses were dated/worn thin or possibly most inexpensive barracks-type available, causing sore shoulders & roll to the middle discomforts all night long.

Carpet stained beyond recognition, outside corridor lights not working, every thing about this establishment is tired and worn out , including vending machines on third floor, lack of maintenance ,investment and commitment to providing a acceptable and comfortable accommodationd for guests are the issues that come to mind.
