2. Its a sleep number mattress, and although it had a remote, I could never change the number from 70 on either side of the king mattress, so after several minutes, I gave up, but it was a rock solid hard bed which is what I like anyways.

3. Overall, the hotel is better than Motel 6, but it is not too hard to find better for the same money.

4. In the room I had were very old fashion Sleep Number beds that make a lot of sound when you are actively changing the hardness upwards, but they worked fine.

10. No big deal for us again, we were hardly in the room and when we needed more toiletries on 2 separate occasions they were very quick in responding.
