7. The place provides free internet (with terrible internet service in the evening) , a pretty nice pool with flexible hours (nobody ran us off when we were there until 11pm), and comfortable beds.

There customer service is terrible, When we finally got to our room in are amazement on the bed was a used plaster stuck to the bed covers, there was hot rock burns in the bed covers and waredrobe doors were hanging off, In another room we had it took three times backwards and forwards to reception to finally get the right key card.
