1. We never had any issue with water pressure or temperature or anything else noted in some negative reviews.

3. We were first told that this was an issue with the satellite, but later informed that they didn't even have a satellite and that it had to due with the cable splicers that were hanging out of the walls.

5. There was also a plumbing issue that caused the pipes to vibrate loudly when anyone in surrounding rooms used the hot water.

6. When I brought these issues to the front desk, they refunded the vending machine money, dutifully wrote everything down, and contacted maintenance and engineering to 'fix' these problems.

8. I would like to mention that the hotel did refund the resort fee when I checked out, even though we didn't understand what the resort fee was for in the first place, due to the laundry list of issues we encountered.

9. Two issues, parking, plenty of parking but much of it was not well lighted.

10. I am sure if I would have complained about it they would have did something to fix that issue, but it wasnt worth it because we werent in the room much so we just cleaned that area ourselves and checked on it from time to time to see if there were any changes.
