I kid you not, when I went back to the front desk to report what I had just seen the front desk clerk says yeah I know the room on the website is over there in the other building now I can put you in there for an extra $35 a night I told him no that is not what I saw online and it was misleading because none of the rooms online looked like this, I said I know you hear this all the time, he said Yes I do, I said so what can i do so that I can enjoy my vacation, he said oh well you can come back in the morning and talk to the manager, well needless to say I came back in the morning spoke with the manager she then informed me that the hotel was going through renovation and they can put me in one of the other rooms that had been renovated (not the resort), so I looked at that room and accepted it but I would never stay in another hotel that is booked through any of those websites like travelocity, hotwire etc because when you don't like the hotel instead of you getting your money back and going somewhere else you would have to wait for 7-10 days to get your money (meanwhile you are on vacation), but anyway like I said I didn't like this place and trust me if you never listen to another complaint online you will wish you listened to this one if you end up staying here.
