1. We got room service a few nights after long days at the parks the food was lovely cant complain and very quick had our food within 15 minutes.

9. I am sure if I would have complained about it they would have did something to fix that issue, but it wasnt worth it because we werent in the room much so we just cleaned that area ourselves and checked on it from time to time to see if there were any changes.
