1. We had to have an early start and the staff was very nasty with me when I told them about this.

4. The room itself appears OK on initial entry, then after a few minutes we noted a nasty odor of stale smoking, pet/dog smell and maybe even urine - we sprayed the room with deodorant and resisted requesting a room change.

5. 00 So finally we get to our third room and the toilet bowel has these nasty rings on it as if they have NEVER EVER cleaned the dam toilet.
