1. I'm from south Fl for 40 years and I know about the roaches that is they way Florida is we come up to go to Universal Studios and having a complimentary shuttle has saved us 14.

2. There was a shower but no hot water, there were key cards but they didn't always open the doors, Maid service ok but forgot face towels, we shared the room with critters ( roaches ).
